The 3rd Biennial International Conference
on Voice Physiology and Biomechanics
The biennial International Conference on Voice Physiology
and Biomechanics (ICVPB) is organized by an international group of investigators
actively involved in research on the larynx and voice. Development of
these conferences grew out of a desire to replace the biennial Vocal Fold
Physiology conferences, begun in 1980, with meetings having a more open
format. Many involved with the older conferences agreed that this new
format would be beneficial to the field of laryngeal research.
The conference was held September 13 - 16, 2002. This website
represents the electronic abstracts for the conference. The schedule is
detailed below and the session titles are hyperlinked to the abstract,
if available.
